About Me

I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people think, feel, and relate to one another. From a young age, I was curious about the roots and nuances of people’s experiences, and that instinct has guided both my life and my work.

I studied psychology as an undergraduate and earned my graduate degree in Social Work. Over the past decade, I’ve worked as a school counselor, a Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) teacher, a psychotherapist, and an executive coach.

I view therapy and coaching as deeply collaborative processes — a mutual back-and-forth grounded in curiosity, honesty, and a commitment to growth and exploration. I draw on my personal experience, education, and clinical expertise to support the individuals, couples, and professionals I work with in navigating challenges, building meaningful relationships, and fostering overall well-being.

Outside of work, I live in Portland, Maine with my spouse and our two children, Charlie and Billy. I spend as much time as possible outdoors, staying active, connecting with friends and family, and enjoying the seasonal rhythms of New England.
